KDO: Americký hudebník, skladatel, herec a zpěvák Tom Petty patřil k nejvýraznějším postavám amerického rockového písničkářství. Byl spoluzakladatelem slavné skupiny Traveling Wilburys, ve které působili také Bob Dylan, Roy Orbison nebo George Harrison. S doprovodnou kapelou The Heartbreakers fungoval průběžně od roku 1976. Zemřel ve věku 66 let na zástavu srdce.
CO: V roce 1997 odehrál Tom Petty se svými The Heartbreakers během dvaceti nocí dvacet koncertů v legendárním prostoru Fillmore v San Francisku. Šest vystoupení bylo profesionálně zaznamenáno a toto živé album nabízí některé z vrcholů památných koncertů.
